Talk to the Zib at Town Square to start the quest. Click this phase...
He wants you to go find donuts. So here is the locations...

Talk to the Zib at town square and he'll take you to Zib HQ:
:Talk to the Zib eating the donut and he'll tell you to talk to every Zib about Lloyd
Then talk to him again, he will teleport you back to the Town. The zib at the town asks you to go to the place were you found the Floydium Crystal (pt. 1)
Head to the Cazmo Club and go inside, then talk to Top Shelf. He will tell you that last week some French looking aliens who spoke some different foreign language had gone into the club, dropped a precious Floydium Crystal which would ruin the buisness. He said they headed off to the Race Track.
Go pick up the present:
Now, bring it to the Zib at Town Square and he'll take you to Zib HQ!
Bring it to the Transformgifer:
The DNA is matches with Lloyds:
The zib will take you to town square. He asks you to go where you last found the Compathetic Acid. Go inside the garage and talk to Scratch.
Scratch will tell you to go to a island and find some decorations as Lloyd was talking about a Ray beam on Sun Island. Go to Sun Island from the beach. Sun island has 5 Statues on it. And get the balloon.
Go to Town Square and Zib will take you to Zib HQ, again. Click on the Transformogifter, then click on the Zib again.
Go to the Body shop, and speak with Mamacaz as soon as Zib takes you back to Town Square.
Go to the NBA Court and go to the shop and then grab the Party hat.
Go back to the Town Square, and talk to the Zib, he'll take to the Zib HQ. Click on the Transmogifter.
He will take you to the place where Lloyd is.
Now your done!
